The member of staff 'Ross' from the Braintree branch was extremely helpful and informative without pushing a sale on us. I feel that the way he assisted us was the main reason the sales was so easy as this was the first store we went to in looking for a new mattress. He made it clear of all of the different mattress types, and showed us the extensive range of what was available. Everything was made clear and transparent. The only comment would be the £33.00 to collect and old mattress was high as you were already delivering a new mattress.
