There are many reasons as to why I was Highly Satisfied with my experience. The first one being the friendliness of the staff and how they gave us the space to experiment and take our time with the selection of mattresses. Another reason was of the value I received in my order, this included free items and discounted prices along with the quality of the mattress.

I had to go to the store as I was unable to use valuture on line. I handed details to sales assistant she instantly knew that product wasn't in store and asked weather I still wanted to proceed with purchase. I was also given 2 free pillows.

Amanda, our salesperson, was very pleasant, knew her product and passed on her knowledge in a very helpful way. We enjoyed our experience of shopping in the store.

I found the salesman Ross a very pleasant Young man, he wasn't pushy but very helpful. We spent a few hours in the store laying on different beds, we was left alone to do this at our leisure.

Amanda (the shop assistant) was very helpful and other members of the team were great st keeping the children entertained while we were sorting paperwork.

The assistant became my friend while I was shopping for a bed. She listened to my needs and quicklyshowed me to suitBle beds for me totry. She made me coffee and while I was ordering mybed she said have you seen ourfurniture upstairs. I hadnt and fell in lovewith your walk in wardrobecor er unit and shequi kly priced it up for me to takehome and do some msurements. I will most certainly willgoback and order the bedroom unit shortly and was delighted to fond out that it was three for the price of two! The last timeIbought bedroom furniture wasin the sixties and dont remember having such a good time buying bedroomfurniture then and came away from Dreams veryhappy and felt li,e Ihadhad a dayout. Well done Dreams! I dont usually enjoy shopping so much.
