Agnes was a very kind and understanding member of staff. She was not over pussuasive yet was very helpful. Agnes did not make me feel uncomfortable during the financial situations of the purchase and helped me find the best bed for my needs.

Friendly, helpful staff

This was our first time buying a bed in a shop so when was approached by Ross in the braintree store we was put at ease by him straight away so it made the experience good. He had great knowledge of all the products and listen to what we wanted and our situation and catered to it. He wasn't pushy at all which was good. In all it was a great shopping experience .

We popped in to Dreams Braintree to browse beds whilst waiting for freinds who we was meeting up with for lunch, we had no intention of buying a bed on the day however after a short while of browsing we was approached by a very friendly, helpful lady named Kerry. She asked as few questions about what type of bed we was looking for and showed us a few on display, then she got us to try several mattresses with some very comfortable sprung pillows we had never heard of before as these are unique to Dreams. After a short while we had narrowed it down to 2 mattresses, Kerry then got us to stay on each for 5 minutes so that we relaxed and could chose the right one which was a insignia whinfall 4000 to go with a Evert ottoman base we liked. Kerry made us a lovely brew then sat us down and went over the costs to give us a quote, she went over the insurance options as the bed was expensive and we didn't feel at any stage obliged to take these out unlike some shops. We felt so relaxed on the mattresses we had chosen and so pleased with the assistance we had received from Kerry that we purchased the bed, insurances, new pillows & having it built by yourselves too. Kerry met us with warmth. She had full product knowledge and offered every assistance. Nothing was too much both. A excellent member of the company. Cannot praise her enough. This is the 2nd product we have bought from this branch. Very satisfied.

Ross was very helpful and knowledgable of all the different materesses , he wasn't too pushy and gave us time to decide on all the products. Would definitely return.

Helpful Informative

On both of my visits the staff were extremely helpful and welcoming - even a cup of tea! I was delighted to be told on the second visit that the mattress I required was available and not so dear as the original one I had looked at, plus the delivery date was arranged earlier than first suggested.
