It was an enjoyable shopping experience, the staff were knowledgeable and friendly, if a little over keen to help... but this didnt detract from the experience.

Kerry could not have done more to assist us and treat us as having a genuine need rather than a statistic or sale. She was simply amazing and her knowledge was astounding!

We didn't enter store until after 730pm. We had time to look and help was there when asked for. Kerry was very approachable friendly helpful and knew her stuff! We moved around the store trying mattresses and asking questions about the bed we chose and comparing to others. We then placed our order and paid, all very easy. Everything was explained and we left at 825pm. Great experience!!
