We were very happy with Kerry who gave us lots of information and spent time allowing us to try mattresses and pillows. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Good store layout and wide range of choice in style and price. Assistant readily available to help and advise but not too pushy. Transaction speedily undertaken.

The manager Kerry was exceptional and made searching for a bed an absolute pleasure rather than something we were dreading. Not only did she take time to understand our bed needs which she got perfectly she also took the time to help our experience be a stressless one by looking after the needs of our children. She is a role model for all assistants.

Ross came to help us as soon as we arrived in the shop. We were shown a range of memory foam beds as we requested and we were able to try out each one without being hurried or pressured. We were given clear information on the structure, qualities and benefits of each bed we tried so that we could make what we believe be an appropriate choice for us. Ross was helpful and friendly throughout, brought us each a cup of coffee, and was helpful in making the order and making arrangements for taking away our old bed. We are now looking forward very much to sleeping in our new memory foam bed with a new fourstorage drawer base.

Kerry was incredibly helpful from beginning to end. She wasn't pushy but gave us enough information to purchase the bed we wanted. Made the whole process feel easy and like we were in good hands. She clearly knew her stuff about the products.

Kerry at the Braintree store was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help with my purchase. Kerry called when she said she would and I was impressed with her customer service . I would definitely come back to Dreams again.

We had a problem with making our purchase on the internet. We went into the Braintree Dreams store and were served by Kerry,who was polite,helpful and pleasant.

We were assisted by Ross who was very knowledgable on the products, spent a long time with us trying many different mattresses and never pushed us towards any particular brand. While we were looking our 2 kids were kept busy with another staff member doing colouring in. We were also offered tea/coffee. Thanks
