The colleague who assisted us was extremely helpful. He explained the different types of beds and what the properties of each were. He was very patient while were tried various matresses and went back to ones already tried. His name was Patrick and the validation code was 084.

Store staff were very helpful and friendly, spent time with me helping me with the choice of matress and there was absolutely no pressure to buy any extras. Whole experience was very pleasant and I cannot rate the assistant enough.

Kerry was absolutely amazing from start to finish. I will be recommending her and the Braintree store to everyone

We weren't 'pestered' straight away, we were given time before being asked if we needed any help.

I found what I was looking for. I also had very helpful assistance and I was able to pay for my product over a period of time with no interest.

We originally visited the store on Monday 15th May and told the sales assistant (Agnes) what we wanted. Nothing was too much trouble for her pointing out what beds were available in the style we wanted. Agnes made myself and my husband tea/coffee while we browsed. Unfortunately we were pushed for time that day and although we'd made the decision about the bed frame, we hadn't chosen the mattress. We then visited again on Friday 19th May and were assisted by Patrick who helped us choose the mattress. Again we were made tea/coffee while we browsed and then everything went smoothly with making the order. As we are currently in the middle of building works, we aren't sure when exactly we will need the bed to be delivered, but Patrick explained that although we've been given a delivery date we can amend it if necessary if the building works/room decoration takes longer than anticipated. We were very pleased with the customer service we received.

Kerry was very friendly and attentive... listening to our requirements and offering various option. She gave us plenty of time to make our decision (which wasn't easy as several options were very comfortable!)... she also offered us tea and a biscuit whilst making our decision. She made the whole process very easy for us... and any concerns about whether we have made the right decision are eased knowing we have the 40 Night Comfort Guarantee.

Our assistant, after listening to our requirement, showed and allowed us to test each product from the range which suited our budget, and aided our final choice.
