The service was efficient and quick! They really helped me out especially as a first time buyer of a bed and mattress. I did not really know what I was looking for but Chloe really tried her best to help me out.

We were assisted by Amanda in the Braintree store. She was very friendly, offering drinks whilst we were looking, asking if we needed any assistance (but not pressuring or pushing us), gave us all the information we asked for on the different mattress styles. When we were trying numerous mattresses, she voluntarily brought over pillows as we were trying the mattress on our sides so she wanted us to be positioned correctly for the best test of the mattress. She gave us numerous options for payment of the mattress and information on pricing, and advised us of the 40 day return guarantee when we were indecisive. A very helpful assistant who didn't push us or annoy us in store. She gave us the information we needed when asked. Overall we were very happy and thankful for her assistance.
