Dreams - Braintree

We knew exactly what we wanted (the king size version of a double matress thst we bought 7 months previously, so it wasn't a 'hard sell'. Nevertheless, the ssles assistant was very courteous, helpful and efficient.

Colleague at the Braintree store .. Amanda was very helpful listened to my needs and helped me choose wisely looking at my budget and helped me choose the bed that was right for two different sleepers, even volunteered to lay next to me .

Baring in mind I'm only young and have only had beds my parents have bought me, Kerry (in Braintree) was really helpful & understood exactly what I wanted! She was approachable & personable and made me feel right at ease! I saw the perfect bed for me within minutes & came back the next day to complete the paperwork which took a matter of minutes! Again, Kerry was fantastic

We were greeted on arrival to the store by an assistant, she was extremely friendly and helpful but not at all pushy or annoying, she allowed us space and time to peruse and was on hand to answer any questions, she was extremely knowledgeable about the products. We were offered cold beverages as it was a very hot day, this was a nice touch. Our overall experience was most satisfactory.

We came in a week prior and a guy called Ross (Freeport Braintree Essex branch) helped us. We decided to go back as he was knowledgeable and not pushy. When we returned, Ross was with a customer, but a lady answered our questions and was also really helpful. We waited until Ross was free and he then served us. The lady kindly offered us drinks, so I had a very much needed glass of chilled water, as it was a hot day. Ross also informed us that the linen was on sale, so we bought that too. Only 1 week for delivery, so happy with that and there was also a discount on the bed we bought. Looking forward to our son getting his first double bed next week. So yes, so far, I cannot fault Dreams or their staff.

Staff very helpful and one of the items I purchased had been reduced by 50% which was a great bonus!

We were looking at a mattress and a bed and the lady (Amanda) showed us all types of mattresses and explained the difference between them. She wasn't trying to push the sale she was just there to help us find the right ones for us. We spent about 30 minutes testing out the mattresses after finding the right bed and Amanda didn't mind that we were so indecisive at that point. We eventually came back after havng lunch and spent another 20 minutes trying to decide. Then we finally made the decision. We went in with a £300 budget to buy a mattress and came out spending £1800+ on a bed and mattress. Very happy with the service and the store and will definitely be going back

Amanda was very helpful and knowledgeable, she listened to what we wanted and explained everything clearly and we felt that we have come away from the store with the bed we wanted. Also, both staff members assisted with finding the bedding we wanted for a Superking size bed checking the shelves and store room. I would definitely recommend Dreams at Braintree for purchasing a bed

I was extremly happy with our visit at Dreams store. The staff was amezing, very helpful and patient as we was with our little 1 year old who was crawling everywhere. Everyone were extremly helpful and helped us make the decision and sorting out all the paperwork as fast as possible. The only downer was the delivery date which was quite distance but we do understand that this bed is very popular. Overall very happy with our expierience there.
