The lady that helped me was very friendly and she suggested product I hadn't thought of which changed my mind on my purchase, she was also very nice to my daughter who wanted to try out every bed in the store :-)

Good service and product knowledge from staff member and no pressure selling and that made me purchase .

Dreams colleague Ross helpful from start listening to our needs and preferences, not rushed into making decision and encouraged to try different mattresses.

Amanda was brilliant, I'm from a sales environment and would employ her. She wasn't pushy but closed well. The rest of the staff were helpful and worked as a team. Very impressive.

The store was extremely clean and informative, and any information that wasn't displayed in the store the team member in Braintree store (Ross) and as quick to help. I found a product I liked quickly and the sale was a quick and easy process, very happy with my visit and will definitely recommend!

We had a very friendly person who served us. He did not pressure sell and really listened to what we wanted. When we first arrived we thought we would have to lie on every mattress and just pick what we thought was the most comfortable! But our salesperson asked what we wanted and how we slept at night and managed to narrow things down pretty quickly for us. It was nice to be offered a cup of coffee as well!

Your sales assistant in Braintree - the tall chap- was excellent . No hard sell but helpful when required.
