Was allowed to view without interference until it was noticed that assistance could be given which was of the very best in obtaining our requirements and available options All of the sales team were extremely friendly without any interference making the whole experience very pleasurable and satisfying

Good sales staff not rushed

Very impressed with the set up inside the store, the politeness of Amanda who helped us and her knowledge. But what really impressed me was the time she spent with us as we wasn't sure which product we liked.

Attentive staff, even though the exact beds we wanted to buy were not on show in store , similar versions were so we were able to see and feel the quality and check the dimensions visually

We found Hugo and Kerry were very friendly and knowledgeable in all our requirements. We were offered refreshments which was very nice. We never felt rushed to make a choice, we were allowed all the time we needed. In all it made our shopping experience enjoyable. I would recommend this store in Braintree to all my friends and relatives.

The staff at both ipswich and braintree were very helpful and went out of their way to locate the product i wanted even unboxing items in order that i could test them
