Dreams - Braintree

I was met by a new assistant who had only been in the job for 3 days but she seemed very knowledgeable already but there was another assistant nearby to help with any questions.

You had what I wanted

We were offered the product we were looking for and your assistant made our choice very easily.

I had a young girl called Daisy who was delightful!! She had a none pushey way with her and was extremely knowledgeable about the mattresses she was showing me. She had recently visited place in Yorkshire where the mattresses were made. She told me how they use the wool from the sheep that are reared there and how the mattresses were hand sewn. She told me about how the springs are put together and reinforced by smaller ones and how the wool is used in the mattresses. Needless to say....i bought one!!! Daisy was one of the youngest yet most pleasant sales person i have yet to meet. A real asset to your company. Also, superb training given by you....so inspiring for staff and then clients to hear about it. Well done all of you!!!

Initially we were only looking to get an idea but when offered assistance everything was much easier.

The salesperson was very attentive and there was no rush, he also knew what his products were about and the differences between different choices.

There was only one sales representative in the store when we visited but it was 1915 on a Friday night. However he was very helpful and attentive. Another customer did visit the store but had limited access to his time.
