Excellent service and help from Kerry

Pleasant greeting on arrival. No pressure but helpful, given plenty of time to make our decision. Said goodbye and shook our hand on leaving. Another assistant was very helpful with our grandchildren who were with us.

Kerry the manager was very helpful and pleasant nothing to much trouble for her, she even made us a lovely cup of coffee

We were looked after by Kerry. She was very good and very helpful. We have found the perfect bed!

When we first entered the store we were immediately pounced upon by a member of staff who didn’t give us a chance to browse. She then said she’d be up to help us after saying we didn’t initially need any help for the time being. Thankfully she got caught up with another customer which allowed me to find Daisy who was really lovely. I didn’t feel she was being pushy or desperate to sell. She answered all of our questions and if she didn’t know the answer she went to find out straight away. She offered us drinks and was really relaxed in her approach with us which was definitely more preferable. I’d possibly have left without purchasing if the other lady was still there.

I went into buy a mattress. On entering I was met by a lady. Who introduced herself as Kerry. Over a cup of tea we discussed my requirements, she was o the ball and knew exactly what I wanted, with the help of her knowledge of the products we soon found what I wanted.What a pleasant lady.
