Dreams - Braintree

The assistant was very helpful and showed us lots of different beds and how they differed in comfort and support. We didnt really know what we wanted but she gave us plenty of time to try several beds out and then decide. We had a good choice of bases and headboards and given plenty of time to choose as well as a lovely cup of tea.

I was served by Ross and he was extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about everything that I was enquiring about. The bed I have ordered appeared to be extremely comfy and I can't wait for it to arrive!

The service was good without being 'pushy'. The assistant understood what I was looking for and didn't try to pressure me into something different. Had she done so I would probably have left the store without buying anything.

I was seen by a lady called Kerry, she was extremely helpful and understood exactly what I was looking for, we tried many mattresses and she didn’t rush me to move on to the next one so I had plenty of time to discover if it was comfortable or not. She also did a great job of explaining the finance agreement I was going for.

we were very glad that we returned to our branch of dreams,and was greeted with the usual pleasant welcome, immediately put at ease and advice on what we were looking at for our Granchildren in the way of a new bed each. The manager who attended us was very helpful in dealing with our requirements as you would expect.so we left having our order dealt with friendliness and professionalism the total experience was a DREAM THANKYOU.

The store had a range of memory foam mattresses of varying price ranges. The store assistant took us arround the product range, provided suitable pillows and explained the differing construction of each mattress type.

We were dealt with by Ross at branch 084 in Braintree. He was excellent in assessing our needs and explaining the differences as we were totally lost when faced by so many choices. We were encouraged to lay on our chosen bed for sometime and get a feel for it and we were given pillows specific to our personal choice. It was swift, informative and a fun experience!
