The Assistant was very knowledgeable about all products, able to show and suggest what changes we could have to the product we choose. ordering was so quick and simple. We checked the order and had a copy of all paperwork. date of delivery. very helpful lady.

The lady who saw us was the only member of staff on site (seemingly) but made time for me and my purchase whilst welcoming other people to the store from her desk. She did this without interrupting my buying process excessively and made me and others feel welcomed. She offered alternatives to what was in store and information about products on demand.

Kerry was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I was served quickly and efficiently with a smile!

Very helpful staff with great product knowledge, was looking for a headboard but ended up buying an Evolution Ottaman which was in stock and being delivered TODAY (hopefully). Kerry the manager was very helpful and very good at her job, she is a very pleasant person as well.

I had assistance as soon as I walked in the door and had also been in previously and given a detailed quote of everything I could possibly need. The staff were very friendly and didn't try and push a sale on me it was all very relaxed.
