James assisted us brilliantly. Only once we had placed the order did we find out he was new to the store, otherwise we would not have realised at all!

Staff were polite, helpful and knowledgable about their products, without being pushy or overbearing. Also took a personal interest in customer’s wellbeing, offering bottles of eater on a hot day.

Our sales assistant Ann was excellent and really took her time helping both my mum, sister and I. We were there 4 hours and bought everything from sofa beds, mattresses, beds and all the extras which she was very knowledgeable about and really cares about our customer satisfaction. What could have been better is that one of the sofa beds we bought was not available in the colour we wanted and I thought we should have been eligible for a bigger discount considering the thousands of pounds we spent collectively. Dreams also do not do blue light discount like bensons do which is a shame. But Ann the sales associate is the whole reason I fever the score of highly satisfied.

As soon as I entered the store I was greeted and helped, nothing was too much trouble. I had a pre-conceived that only Vi-Spring would do, but the knowledgeable Ann was able to show me quality products, she listened to what I wanted and helped me come to the best choice for me. I spent a good few hours testing the beds/pillows, asking lots of questions.
