Staff were very helpful and friendly. Given time to look around and not hassled. Made a cup of tea and biscuits.

The member of staff that served me Ross was very helpful with the item I purchased . Help me choose a mattress that was going to me suitable with my back problem . Also help me choose a pillow. I was also offered a drink . Very friendly staff. I would definitely go back to the store for any other bed related items I was very pleased indeed with the service I received.

The girl was very knowledgable and pleasant. It was paced at my time as I am a pensioner. I got offered tea or coffee to help me relax.

The assistant was not pushy, listened to our needs and showed us a number of examples even allowing us time to revisit examples to make sure we arrived at the right product.
