Excellent sales assistant and good range of products. Only improvement would be for a lift so that disabled people could get upstairs.

The member of staff that approached us spent a considerable amount of time with us trying to make sure we got exactly what we needed. I had a cold and an annoying cough to which she offered us drinks and did find some cough sleeps to help. Her knowledge of the products was exceptional and at no point did anything feel like a sales pitch.

The sales staff were very helpful without being over bearing or pushy. They made everything very easy and the experience was better than anticipated. We did not intend to purchase but look around and think about it, but in the end it just seemed easier to go ahead with the purchase

Daisy was the Dreams representative who served us, she was absolutely fantastic. She took her time and allowed us the private time to discuss our options before revisiting us to answer any questions/concerns we had. In all honesty, we simply visited to carry out some research, but with Daisy's service we were sold to the brand of Dreams, and only guess the aftersales service will be just as superb.

THE ASSISTANT WAS EXTREMELY PLEASANT AND HELPFUL WITHOUT BEING PUSHY. SHE WAS ABLE TO SUGGEST ALTERNATIVE MATTRESSES THAT WOULD SUIT ME, HENCE SAVING ME TIME LOOKING. I WAS ALSO OFFERED REFRESHMENT ALTHOUGH L DECLINED. I WAS GIVEN TIME ON MY OWN TO TRY OUT VARIOUS MATTRESSES AT MY LEISURE AND TO MAKE MY DECISION. THE ASSISTANT WAS WELL INFORMED ABOUT THE DIFFERENT PRODUCTS AVAILABLE.
