Dreams - Braintree

Lisa, the lady who helped us, was knowledgable, patient, understanding and most importantly, not in the least bit pushy. The mattress we chose, whilst being more than we’d hoped to spend, was chosen after a lot of testing. I can’t wait to get it now!!

Friendly knowledgeable service Nothing was too much trouble

We made an appointment to visit the Braintree store but we were half an hour late due to Traffic, the assistant Lisa, was not phased and instantly made herself available. She was very friendly and took us over to the beds to try them out, explaining our needs she was very understanding and advised the features and benefits of each mattress, giving us various different pillows to try with each one too. We tried several but went back to the Tempur Cooltouch Hybrid Elite 25 k mattress, unfortunately it was way out of our price range, Lisa let us lay on the bed (with a duvet, very snuggly) and left us too it, When she came back she had put some figures together and worked with her Manager to make it affordable to us, she guided us through the features and benefits of the bed cover service plan, which we also purchased along with 2 x Sealy Posturepedic spinal alignment pillows. We simply cannot wait for our new mattress to arrive, Thank you Lisa.

The assistant, Patrick was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble.

The assistants were so friendly and helpful and made the experience a very warm welcoming and productive one. They spent their time going over all options and explained everything clearly. They were also very patient.

Kerry - the sales assistant - at Braintree store was helpful, knowledgeable, friendly but professional throughout the sale process.

We were given space to look around the store, but there was always someone near by to offer assistance. Patrick was extremely helpful in going through all of the options and helped me find something comfortable and affordable, which is very handy as I am buying my first house so have a bit of a budget to stick to.

Very happy with the choice of mattresses available and the opportunity to sample some of them . Ross our salesperson was a great help in choosing a suitable product,knew his stock well and was well drilled in sorting out the bill and delivery arrangements. We would certainly return to Dreams in the future.
