Kerry, the store manager was extremely friendly from the moment we arrived, even offering a refreshing cup of tea while we browsed and her overall knowledge was amazing to say the least. Could not fault anything about her to be honest.

The assistant Ross was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products and understood our needs. He did not hard sell and gave us time to consider.

Felt very welcome when first entered the store, wasn’t put under any pressure, felt comfortable looking & trying different mattresses with my daughter, as we were looking at purchasing a bed for her. Ross was extremely helpful with knowledge on the bed we chose. Ross also arranged a great finance option for me.

We were approached almost as soon as we started looking we were offered a better pillow to try the beds out and offered tea or coffee we were not pressured and the ordering was easy and straight forward.

A young man called Ross spoke to us, when we initially visited your store. We promised him, that we would return, once we had all our correct measurements. When we returned to the store, we made sure that we spoke to Ross again. He was not pushy in any way; instead he was very helpful and guided us with our purchase.

Firstly, I would like to say that I was expertly served by a young man who obviously knew the benefits of all the mattresses in the shop. Quickly, he understood exactly what I was looking for which led me to make a purchase. The friendliness of the store would actually have made it difficult to leave without buying, yet the young man that served me was not at all pushy so I have to say that he is a very good salesman. Also. there was a lady salesperson there who also was very nice. So that was my Dreams experience, I even had a cup of coffee made for me. So I think that all of this serves to make a store successful.

sales department most helpful at all times and were not pushy

Staff were more than helpful, tea coffee offered after 5/10 minutes of arrival. Never realised how hard it could be to pick the right mattress to suit. With information and a lot of encouragement to try products, my visit was successful. Mission accomplished. Thank you.
