Dreams - Braintree

We bought our bed previously from the same store and was very well looked after for our needs, we returned again to find the service was still very good regarding our needs for something more specific, the staff were extremely helpful and so we were very happy to purchase from this same store again.

wE WERE VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE MEMBER OF STAFF THAT ASSISTED US ON THE DAY. sHE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND PROFESSIONAL YET FRIENDLY AND APPROACHABLE. HER NAME IS LISA AND I CANNOT STATE ENOUGH HOW VERY HELPFUL SHE WAS. AN ABSOLUTE PLEASURE TO DEAL WITH.

Lisa is a great assistant and helped us very well.

It was our 3rd time returning as we were now ready to purchase a mattress. Lisa was great, she advised us on the various mattresses, gave us pillows and went through everything as we tested them. We were given the time to reflect on what was best for our needs without feeling any "sales pushyness" which was great. Overall the experience was very calm and positive, which even resulted in purchasing a mattress slightly over our budget but we feel was worth it.

I felt very comfortable and well looked after by a lovely gentleman named Ross who answered all of my questions and helped me purchase a new mattress. I also bought two memory foam pillows and a new bed set. I felt obliged after he made me a lovely cup of coffee. Thank you Ross.

Patrick was extremely helpful, patient and efficient. He supported our purchases without being pushy yet his knowledge and assistance were invaluable.

The lady who looked after us in the Braintree Freeport store was very knowledgeable and helpful but without being pushy and over-selling the products. She was friendly and patient with all our questions.

We walked into the store at Freeport Retail Park in Braintree, and was immediately greeted by a warm hello, from the staff. We looked round the store and within 5 minutes Ross came over, and asked if we needed any help. We were looking to purchase a new mattress, & Ross took us round and explained the different types you have. We were given the opportunity to lay on 6 different mattresses, to find out which one we preferred most. We decided to purchase the mattress, there & then.

Daisy at the Braintree store was very informative and very helpful and not pushy in her approach.
