Ross was extemely helpful and knowledgeable. All staff were really friendly

As I entered the Dreams store, firstly I was given time to have a look round before an assistant came and asked if I would like some help. Which I liked. The assistant then was very careful to find out exactly what I wanted and the price I would like to pay, Everything thing from start to placing the order, was done with well informed advice and time to try out all the beds I was interested in. Once a decision was made the order was placed and everything was checked twice so there could be no mistakes or misunderstandings. Thank you Dreams for making it such a pleasant exprience.

Kerry was a very hepful assistant and couldn't have been more friendly absolutely lovely. We were not rushed at all, she gave us lots of time to decide and lots of time to test the mattresses. To our surprise she offered us tea and coffee which we gladly accepted. She also explained everything very well and did it all with a lovely smile.

Ross and Kerry were very helpful and pleasant.We were not rushed in choosing our bed and they were very knowledgable.We would not hesitate to visit Dreams again or to reccommend them to our friends. A very positive experience.

Myself and my Wife visited the store along with our youngest child, the staff member Kerry was very friendly and helpful.

The assistant that helped us was Patrick, he showed us the options we were looking for in a very friendly and knowlable way. We were offered refreshments and really looked after. Also there was no pressure selling, that we really appreciated, he didn't crowd us but was there with answers to our questions.

Lisa took onboard my requirements and budget and guided me straight to the most suitable products then left me alone to take time to assess the comfort of each option and choose the best.
