The staff were very friendly and helpful and we felt the bed technology machine was very good

Despite a short waiting time, I was being looked after by the shop assistant.

Entered shop was greater straight away sakes assistant was very friendly and efficient as my mum was disabled after very important operation.so her needs and ability were considered at all times. I also was treated with all due respect and informed correctly ov my needs .to which we came away from store buying 2 beds

Very helpful staff, the gentleman was extremely knowledgeable went straight to the product. He waited while I made a phone call without pestering me and was quick to take my order. Delivery was only four days very surprised and happy. Will use dreams at Braintree again.

Kerry was extremely helpful & knowledgeable. Needed a “rollable” mattress to take to our French house, so the choice was restricted, but Kerry was very good at assessing our separate needs, and especially the need for suitable Pillows ( which we’d never even thought about!). Very honest and not at all pushy. Purchased mattress & 2 pillows. Very nice overall experience. Well done!

First time mattress shopping as a couple. Patrick was on hand to greet us and helped us through the process. We enjoyed the machine and the time involved in us choosing our right mattress. I didn't feel like I was rushed to leave. We actually had to leave halfway through for a cinema film! But Patrick was waiting for us when we came back. We chose a lovely mattress and beautiful bed frame too. More than I'd intended to spend so :D well done.
