We were browsing in the Freeport store and assistant Daisy came over, without being pushy assisted us in finding the right package for us. Daisy is clearly a confidant sales assistant and was very helpful. Product knowledge wasn't perfect, but she handled any mis communication with total professionalism. She was also supported by her colleagues who guided Daisy in a very professional and discreet manner. Daisy and the team at Dreams in Freeport are a credit to your business. They made us a cup of tea/coffee whilst we placed our order. Very professional.

Because your salesperson understood what we were looking for and he knew his products. This made it easy for us; we simply had to make a choice.

Your colleague quickly assesses what we needed. Showed us some alternatives. We selected one. It was immediately available to take with us and it was on special offer.

Although the sales assistant was not able to show us the type of mattress we wanted to buy (and did), which was disappointing, he did his best to find an approximate equivalent for us to check the firmness. He was also very courteous, friendly and efficient in dealing with the rest of the transaction.

Daisy of Braintree Essex Branch was extremely efficient, product knowledge was 150 percent, she was helpful, thoughtful, gave us no pressure sales advise, we were pleasantly pleased with her attitude, we were offered refreshments whilst we were left alone to make our decision, excellent.

I was immediately welcomed with help offered as soon as we walked into the store. I explained what we were looking for and Lisa in the Braintree branch was very detailed in her description on what was on offer. Plus she offered a coffee and a biscuit whilst we tried out the mattresses!
