Knowledge of the requirements we wanted were dealt with with ease

The helpfulness of the assistant Daisy was amazing. She was so knowledgable about the products and couldn’t have been more helpful as well as being friendly. She spent time with us showing us around and helped us narrow our choice down and then left us on our own to make our minds up. She then helped us to choose the divan and headboard.

All of the staff were extremely friendly and attentive which is very rare these days. We were helped by different staff during our visit and all were knowledgable about the products and were able to advise on alternative options to consider. We were also able to test out pillows on our chosen bed. We were offered refreshments on more than one occasion and they were very accommodating with our 2 year old offering colouring and a biscuit.

The sales assistant was amazing

Daisy gave us plenty of time and help choosing our new mattress and pillows. She was understanding of our needs and seemed to care that we were happy with our choice.

we were served by Daisy who was excellent at her job and she is a credit to your company very friendly and very helpful and even gave us a nice cold drink. She was wonderful tell her thank you from us.

The assistant (Lisa) was friendly and helpful. I had a good idea of what I wanted and she didn't try to push me into buying something else but gave me the time to make up my mind. There was a reasonable choice and the prices seemed ok

The assistant was very helpful with a very nice manner

I was given exactly the amount of assistance I wanted then allowed to try the products myself without further interference. I was encouraged to lay properly on the beds to get a proper feel of the mattresses. I felt that I could ask questions but did not feel hassled by the staff.
