Dreams - Braintree

The server daisy at your Braintree store was very helpful and patient with us as we took a long time to decide. 10/10 for daisy.

We went into your Braintree branch today and was served by Lisa she was extremely friendly and very helpful nothing was to much trouble for her she even entertained our 2 children whilst we was testing out the beds me and my wife was very impressed with her knowledge of the products and she gave some really good advice

Our assistant Daisy was great from the moment she greeted us as we walked in (only to have a browse). Her knowledge was useful and her time and patience that she spent with us was fantastic. Explaining all that was available to us.

The salesman, Ross (I think) was extremely helpful and talked through the product and and all of the paperwork in detail. Very engaging and informative and would def use Dreams again. Previously I was a Benson's for Beds person and have been converted to now use Dreams.

Helpful and friendly staff and left alone to try things out

Patrick was very helpful and spent a lot of time with us and his knowledge was excellent .. He was friendly, offered us a drink and didn’t rush us at all . We previously went to Benson for beds and there customer service was awful. Patrick is a credit to your company and it was his friendly nature and knowledge was excellent, that’s why we brought our bed from dreams. I would recommend dreams to my family and friends..

Asked if he could help us, and gave us time to look around without being pestered. Then answered all our questions we put to him. Very helpful salesman.

The assistant in the shop was on the ball explaned all the different options available to me and definitely sold me what I wanted with a good delivery date also could not have wished for a better assistant
