the team in store were really friendly and helpful and understood our needs and budget which was a great help and resulted in us ordering our brand new bed would definitely recommend this store to a friend :)

Nice friendly staff, pleasant and were not pushy like some salespeople. Answered every question I asked with excellent product knowledge. Delivery date was easy to arrange and I was even offered refreshments while waiting to complete my purchases. I left my expensive sunglasses in store and they immediately contacted me by phone so I could return!!

Our customer experience began when we met Lisa. We started chatting and it soon became apparent that Lisa's knowledge of your products was excellent. Lisa's enthusiasm was infectious and we felt we were in good hands. At no time did we feel pressured just informed. It's the first time we have bought a bed for sometime and the choices were daunting, however, Lisa came to the rescue and guided us through the maze. Can't wait to get our new bed..well done Lisa

Ross was our salesperson. He understood our needs and showed us a variety of mattresses to suit my wife and myself.

I was extremely happy with the service and assistance I received from Lisa. I needed a new single bed with storage and Lisa was extremely friendly and understanding of my requirements (was even offered a coffee! big bonus in my books). I would be greatly appreciative if recognition of Lisa's efforts were passed along to her manager, she is definitely an asset to the store and has fantastic customer service skills.
