Dreams - Braintree

I visited Dreams in Braintree Essex and Lisa was the lady who helped me chose my new bed and mattress , she was extremely helpful, friendly and understanding of what I was looking for and needed and the budget I had I mind. She even made me and my friend a cup of tea while we decided on what bed to go for

The staff member Kerry was very easy to speak with and made our whole experience what it was, easy! Excited to have our bed delivered

The Sales lady was on her own with another customer. She acknowledged us with a good evening without disruption to the customers she was dealing with. Once she was complete she then took the time to understand our needs and take us through all the products available explaining why we should consider the products and what benefit it will give us. Very friendly and generally took interest in us.

Staff very friendly without being pushy. We were given advice when needed but also time to decide.

My husband and I needed to order a mattress rather promptly before 29th September. As soon as we came into Dream, Ann the assistant, who had only been working in the store 1 week greeted us and was able to show us a choice of 3 mattresses after ascertaining what are requirements were. She then checked the availability and delivery schedule to confirm our choice of mattress could be delivered in time. She also saved our time in pointing us straight to the mattresses we needed to try, otherwise we would have been trying them all. Considering she had only a week's experience we were very impressed with the service we received.

We had a woman training But had no idea she was training untill the paper work part came as she was extreamly good! Very helpful very good knowledge

General friendliness. Daughter was offered a biscuit and member of staff gave it to my wife so my daughter "didn't take a biscuit from a stranger"....very thoughtful. We were offered drinks also.

Very pleasant, friendly staff who made the experience of buying a new mattress so easy!

On entering the store starting looking at the mattresses and Ross came over and welcomed us asking if we needed advise and also offered a cup of tea...my daughter and I declined both but it was appreciated - he was very friendly.

Found what we wanted, sales person was helpful but not at all pushy, overall a very easy experience
