Friendly staff who gave good recommendations, made it easy to choose the right bed and mattress.

I initially visited Dreams @ Freeport a few weeks ago for information on rolled mattresses, with no pressure to buy. I decided what I wanted and phoned to see if my item was available, it was, so it was reserved for the following day. Ross and his manager couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful, plus very knowledgeable. Even made me a cup of well needed tea and biscuits just to top the experience off. You should be very proud of the staff you have employed- thank you

Kerry was very helpful and managed to bring forward the delivery time of my sofa bed as i was expecting a guest.

Staff were exceptional

With not having loads of money due to having a new born baby and on maternity leave I needed something decent for the price I could pay. The lady helped us out to pick one to our needs and price range. We ended up getting one with money off witch was a bonus for us! Thank you Kerry for helping us out.

Ann helped us find the best mattress that suited us. Explained all the differences in them. She also helped us pick a sofa bed. Also got our mattress delivery date do as soon as. Very happy with the service. Haven’t got the mattress yet but hopefully we will love it and sleep well.

Good store. Good quality mattresses. Pity not many metal frames on show. Staff friendly and polite.

We were greeted by Ann who explained to us about the mattresses and the colour codings. Ann offered to make us a drink and got us pillows to try whilst laying on the beds. Ann was very knowledgeable and extremely lovely to deal with. Ann left us to check the beds out and said to call her if we need anything. I tried the beds upstairs and downstairs and I was totally confused by this stage as to which one suited me best. We went back downstairs and Ann asked how we were getting on. I said to Ann that I was totally confused and that my mum had said the colour coding I had liked most was the blue and the burgundy but I said to Ann I cannot afford to pay £2,000 for a mattress. Ann took me straight to the Therapur Acti Gel plus 3000 and I love it. I am moving house in January and will be back to buy it and hope Ann will be there when I go and order it. I purchased the Tempur comfort pillow cloud today. Kerry who works in the store as well was really lovely and both mum and I had a great experience. We did not feel pressurised or that Ann was in "our space".
