Ann, your sales advisor, was so friendly, helpful and pleasant. She demonstrated her excellent customer service throughout that I ended up buying one of your bunk beds. I was also very impressed for the availability of your stock and the speed of your delivery.

An amazing service from Lisa. She was the only colleague in the store. We did not feel rushed. Lisa gave us excellent information and advice. Would definitely visit this store again.

We thought the assistant, Kerry, was first class. She was charming, polite & really patient as we made our choice. Rarely these days does one experience such quality service. The top of her agenda was customer satisfaction. No pressure was ever felt--it was high quality conversational selling & she made a good cup of tea.
