Patrick was very clear and helpful

I went in to dreams just intending to price up the bed I wanted to buy as the board outside said there was £100 off the make I was looking for. The reason I was in there was only because I had just ordered my carpets from the shop next door and I am not moving in to my new house until the end of November. When I tried the bed it exceeded my expectations. A very polite lovely lady came over and asked me if I would like a cup of coffee and bought a pillow for me to give the bed a good trial and told me to stay there until she brought over the coffee by then I had decided that I would have to have this bed so we went over to her desk to order it. Unfortunately because of severe illness my credit rating is not good and was refused after we filled in the paperwork. This could have been a very embarrassing moment, but the lovely lady made me feel ok about it and introduced another company who accepted me as a customer and the order went through. So now I look forward to the delivery of my fabulous bed when I move to my new home. Great work dreams!

The only compliment I can pay to Dream was your member of staff Lisa who was absolutely fantastic and so helpful - She is a credit. As for your delivery staff and Patrick in your store they have put me off Dreams for life - Being 4 months pregnant and having a bed dumped in a room and being told by delivery guys that they can't lay it down for me and one delivery guy waving his PDA in my face - Not acceptable. To then ring the store and be told Lisa's off, Managers off, I'm the only one here what is your problem (by Patrick) to then be told by him nothing I can do - Call customer service. I am absolutely disgusted by Dreams service - Barr Lisa in your Braintree Store - A complete disappointment.

Ordered exactly what I wanted with ease

We wanted a new mattress and were pleased to receive helpful and patient advice to choose the right. We did not feel pressed in any way and felt that the adviser was professional in his approach. We have bought from this shop before and have always found the staff all that could be hoped for.

Very pleased with the help received from Patrick the sales assistant. He was very helpful in answering the questions we asked to enable us to make the right purchase.PS makes a lovely cup of tea.
