From the time we entered the store we were greeted with a smile and bubbly character , We was shown the mattress testing equipment which we used. All of the information we was given was easy to understand this made our decision easier to make and made spending nearly £2000 more understanding

The assistant was very knowledgeable and gave us some good advice

Because the salesman Patrick let me have a look around then came over and offered his assistance. He was extremely helpful and patient, even made me a cup of coffee. The personal touch and knowing what he was talking about impressed me.

Ours needs were assessed very well by the assistant, she was very friendly and had excellent product knowledge. She wasn’t pushy, she gave us time to discuss between ourselves and make a decision.

Staff were friendly and explained things in a way I could understand without technical words and endured I was happy with my purchase

Customer service is very good, Lisa looked after us well and gave us space to think about the purchase. Which was important to us.

Patrick was very attentive but did not rush us, he took time to understand our needs and helped us chose the best product for us

Ann the shop assistance was understanding and knew what we were trying to buy, Ann showed us a selection of other beds that could fit are needs. We are very satisfied with are experience.

The Sales Guy Patrick was knowledgable, didn’t pester us, but was there with pillows to try the beds and was very professional and extremely helpful. We would be happy to ask him for help again!
