We were approached by Sales Assistant Ann, a very friendly warm reception was afforded us. Her knowledge was far beyond our expectations. We were very impressed with the technical side of choosing our mattress, from Ann's cleanliness regarding the machine my wife was tested upon to Ann's knowledge and kindness throughout. Ann showed us all the mattresses that were suitable for our needs. There was no pressure selling, just concentration from her to ensure that we had the correct mattress for our needs and we were happy. A very pleasant experience to visit this store, we will definately recommend and visit when we require anything further.

We were helped with choosing our mattress by Ann at the Braintree branch in Freeport, she couldn’t help us enough such a professional member of staff, you should be proud to have her working for you, we couldn’t have had better help by the knowledge of products and she also has an excellent way with people. Five stars for Ann give her a pay rise.
