I attended the store and was instantly supported by Kerry who went above and beyond her role to help me choose a new bed in difficult circumstances. Kerry helped me choose the right bed, mattress and headboard to meet my needs and within my budget. She showed me great empathy and kindness and I so appreciated it and would like her acknowledged for such great customer service and kindness beyond her role.

The assistant (Patrick) was extremely helpful and several times told us to take our time as it was a large purchase and we needed to be entirely satisfied. His product knowledge was very good. And the Christmas chocolates were great!

I was very impressed with your sales person Lisa, her knowledge on the product's was very good, she was very attentive and didn't rush us, we enjoyed the experience, even though we were parting with money,

It was very helpful to have the assistance of a member of staff to find the right bed. Both members of staff were so friendly it made the whole process of buying a bed a lot easier. My son needed a single bed and he used the bed measuring device first and that helped in the selection of a bed especially when you don't have a clue what bed is best for your needs.

We were immediately met by a colleague who understood what we were looking for. He was able to show us what met our requirements so we could make a quick decision. Even with our two year old boy in tow we managed to get the bed and mattress with extras without any stress.

Our sales adviser was really knowledgeable about all of the products and was so patient with us as we tried out mattress after mattress! He also helped us use the sleep analyser which was amazing!

The assistant was so helpful and friendly and clearly had a very good knowledge of the products which helped us make our Choices
