I was given advice by a member of staff that I never knew was available, reference choosing the right mattress to suit me.

The lady, Kerry, who served us was very friendly and helpful. We arrived at the store half an hour before closing and she was on her own, but serving another customer. After waiting a little while to be served next, I was concerned that we wouldn't have enough time before store closing to make our purchase, but wanted to make sure we had a mattress that was right for us. We were given plenty of time, without being made to feel rushed and were even offered a cup of tea. By the time we had finished our purchase it was 25 minutes after store closing time. I felt bad for keeping the lady serving us, but not once did she make us feel bad or rushed. She was very friendly and professional throughout. Fantastic customer service!

The staff at Braintree were professional, very knowledgeable and helpful, at a very busy time when the Sale was on! We we were very pleased with our purchase and it's price.
