Lisa was the sales assistant who served us and she had been extremely helpful and knowledgeable when I visited the store just before Christmas, giving me a wealth of pertinent and helpful information, therefore when we were ready to buy our new mattress we returned to see Lisa and to be advised by her. she was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and most importantly, she listened to our needs and wishes. We couldn't have wished for a better service. We hope that the rest of the service, i.e. the delivery and the mattress meets the same high standards.

The assistant, Ross, in the Braintree branch, was very helpful, offered a drink and spent time answering questions. We spent quite a lot of time deciding what was suitable for us.

The assistant who served us was friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy. On our first visit Kerry advised us to use the mattress computer bed to find out the most suitable bed for us. We then tried the beds it recommended. We then visited the store again today and tried the two beds we liked the most from our previous visit and placed an order. Really great service!
