I had an idea of the mattress I wanted to buy. I was approached by a very friendly and knowledgeable member of staff, who showed me to the product I was interested in. I was recommended to try mattresses either side of the one I was looking at by way of comparison and to confirm that the one I was interested in was the right one. Once I decided I wanted to buy, the purchase process was completely efficiently and I was impressed with the short time scale for delivery.

Assistant, Lisa, was very knowledgeable about products, particularly as we had very specific requirements. Alternatives were suggested and she was very patient.

We found the assistant very friendly and helpful. Even when there was a technical fault when it came to paying. Apparently there had been power cut and it effected the phone lines. She solved it as soon as possible as not to cause us any inconvenience to us.

We were very impressed with our visit and with the product knowledge and friendly approach that Patrick your salesman demonstrated towards us. The visit was a very hassle free pleasant experience.
