We made 2 visits to the Braintree branch. On the first visit Lisa demonstrated the sofa beds very professionally. We were looking for quality, comfort and ease of operation and it had to be a specific size. The product we were shown ticked these qualities. We just needed to double check the space it was going into. Second visit with Ann we placed the order. A brilliant experience. Fantastic customer care.

I was impressed with the bed sensor and small questionnaire that determines most suitable bed/mattress requirements and the knowledge and help given by the saales assistant.

Very helpful staff which made us feel welcome made us a drink and gave us discount when asked.
