I was apprehensive when I entered the store as I couldn’t see how I could make such a massive decision in one visit. I assumed I would do what I have done before, wander around sit on a few beds and walk out again. However Kerry took me under her wing and led me through the excellent process of finding what I think is the right mattress for me. Ann then spent time showing me the different bed frames available until we found one that is just right. Their knowledge and friendliness was second to none and whilst I’m still reeling from spending so much money I couldn’t have had a better experience doing it.

Sales team very knowledgeable made sure we bought the right mattress especially for my back problem And speed of delivery. Really appreciated the cup of coffee ☕. Thank you.

Lisa who served us at Braintree branch was very helpful. We wasn’t sure which mattress we needed. Lisa explained about lying down on the computer bed (sorry can’t remember the name) to see what type of mattress we required. My partner told her about her lower back and neck pain, Lisa then explained and showed us all the different mattresses which it recommended for us. She asked about our budget, was helpful going through the finance and gave us a cup of tea while we completed the paperwork. She is definitely an asset to dreams at braintree store and would highly recommend her to our friends and family.

Got the bed i really wanted at a very good price. Was busy in store but had a coffee and waited my turn. The order was processed without problems and the sleepmatch machine helped confirm my purchase.
