The sales person spent a lot of time with us helping us find the right comfort for our new mattress and was polite also. Explained the products and the delivery process and extra warranty for us in detail also.

Assistants were very helpful. Not pushy. Allowed me to look and ask questions without being pressurised.

Kerry was extremely knowledgeable,helpful and friendly,even though it was only just before closing time

Had a good experience using the mattress tester so we could find out what we needed. Had no idea what we were looking for before coming in store. Brilliant technology!

Lisa the assistant was patient and very knowledgable. I feel very confident in her recommednation and in the standard of the work of the manufacturer.

Once I had found someone to serve me they were very friendly and courteous and keen to help.

Staff knowledgeable and quickly understood exactly what we required

The lady who helped me (Emma I think) was very helpful and friendly and at one point was dealing with 3 sets of customers, including me and she managed to juggle them all successfully and despite being busy I never felt like I was kept waiting. Frankly one customer struck me as being quite difficult to deal with and she was still very friendly and helpful towards them (not sure I would have been)! I had only been in store a few minutes, browsing, before I was approached and it was nice to be asked if I needed any advice, rather than feeling it forced upon me regardless. I only popped in on the off chance, while I was shopping nearby and I'm pretty sure if left to my own devices it would either have taken me much longer to chose a mattress, or I'd have left (due to lack of time) having not chosen one. She seemed to have a good knowledge of the products and was very friendly and pleasant to deal with. She also managed to sell me several things I didn't come in for!
