We’re a young couple expecting our first child, the colleagues were on hand from the moment we walked in the door with a friendly good morning. They asked if we were looking for anything in particular and we were just browsing hoping to get a bed before baby is here. Every hour sleep counts! We left with quotes for 2 beds to talk over at lunch Kerry was extremely helpful in providing this understanding our needs. Kerry was friendly and very welcoming. We went away to have lunch and returned after. Kerry had talked us through all options of mattresses and bedframes, storage etc. We came back knowing what we wanted. Upon returning Lisa served us as Kerry was busy, another friendly and approachable member of staff. She made me a cup of tea and we had a biscuit, I was happy already. Then Lisa talked us through all warranties and covers available and gave us the finance total and options after selecting all the extras. The process was smooth and simple, we were in and out, no wait, staff took the time to understand our needs especially with a baby coming. We couldn’t be happier and we look forward to our bed delivery.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Made our visit much easier with two small children. Explained all the differences in the mattresses and gave us there personal opinions on what they reccomened to us. Overall a very enjoyable and easy experience.
