Staff were pleasant friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and patient during the time we were choosing our bed. We had a lovely cup of coffee while we were making our decision. We did end up spending more than we had hoped hopefully it will all be worth it. If we are to be picky our niggle would be extra costs to building bed and taking our old one away, we can understand the later as that costs money but even then it seemed a bit pricey. To add on extra to put the beds together in our view is a bit much, something to sleep on perhaps. Pleasant dreams

I picked the bed that i liked, then i was asked if i woyld like to see wot sort of mattress suited me so i went on a computerised bed which was great, found the mattress couldn't have been easier, the staff member was great very relaxing understanding of my needs, i must of been in there for an hour and she never left my side, fantastic work well done

My husband and I were welcomed and assisted by Kerry when we went to the Braintree Freeport branch. She was really helpful and patient in helping us choose our mattress. She never rushed us although we stayed after the closing time of the store. She was thorough and patient and ensured delivery times were to our satisfaction. Thank you Kerry.

Yes Kerry was there to help all the way to the end no rushing it was very pleasant to shop there and got what I wanted .
