From the moment i walked into the store i was made very welcome, and i was unsure wether to buy an adjustable mattress or a small double divan. The Sales assistant couldn,t have been more helpful explaining all the different options for me. When I finally chose what I wanted the assistant was most helpful and courteous at the checkout, even made me a cup of coffee.

Anne & Lisa were very knowledgeable about all the bed mattresses and after we had been on the machine the beds they had suggested to us were on the list. They were not pushy and left us to make up our own minds while being on hand to answer any questions we had. We had a very nice cup of coffee and the ordering and buying of the mattress and protection cover (with warranty) plus fitted sheet was done quickly . The agreed date for delivery fitted into our plans for redecoration and we left feeling most satisfied.

We were approached after a little while (not pounced on as soon as we entered)...asked very politely if we actually needed help. Which we accepted. He was then very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. Having found the bed and mattress we liked we then decided to go home and have a think about it. He didn't pressure us at all to purchase the item...were left to make our decision in our own time. This we really liked/appreciated.

Staff were attentive but not overwhelming. We were able to look on our own accord then recieved help and advice. We liked the fact there was 0% apr on the finance option as this made it easier for us to not have to pay out the full price straight away.
