Dreams - Braintree

Kerry greeted me as I entered the store, she made me feel very welcome and I immediately felt like she wanted to help me, so I went over to her. She showed me to a machine which recorded my body weight and how I laid, to give me recommendations of the type of mattress. Kerry then showed me to each mattress in turn to try out. She was very knowledgeable, telling me how they differed. She never rushed me once and was friendly and cheerful the whole time. When placing my order, Kerry was informative and again very helpful. She repeated all the info I gave her, again taking time, to ensure everything was right for me. I have to order some beds/mattresses for my 2 sons in a couple of months and I will be sure to revisit the same store and find Kerry again to help me.

Only visited to see what was available to replace our Tempur mattress. The service and knowledge we received was so good and the salesperson Ann so knowledgeable we placed an order there and then. Surprised at the choice of beds etc and the store as had previously thought it was a cheap retailer mainly due to the name! Sorry.

The assistant who served me James was extremely helpful and I will certainly come back next time I need anything bed related

Went in store with intention just looking getting idea of what we wanted. When approached by staff was very friendly welcoming and made our visit more aimed at exactly what we came in wanting and extended our knowledge of finding what was right for us. Come away satisfied and excited to recieve our new mattress that we very much need. Wish we could get delivered sooner but partly our fault as only someone home Saturday but due to waiting a few weeks we had the delivery discounted off which we appreciate the kindness.

James was both friendly but sincere and had great product knowledge especially for someone who has only been there for 4months. He was able to explain the products and give a simplified comparison of brands as well

I had previously been into my local Ipswich store and found it very unsettling, I was followed round the store and felt I couldn’t be left to have a proper look and I had someone constantly trying to talk to me, I felt uncomfortable and left! However, when I was in Braintree I popped into Dreams and they were lovely. I was greeted with a smile and me and my mum were left to look until I had questions. Then I met Ann she was amazing. Very helpful and knew what she was talking about and nothing was too much trouble. She spent over an hour with us and showed me lots of options and put me on the sleep machine to find a mattress option too. She sent me away with sizes and information leaflets and I said I’d be in touch. I rang the following day and she was still so helpful. Unfortunately our bed that we’d decided on wasn’t in stock but every week true to her word she kept me updated on what she knew and 2 months later as soon as it was in she contacted me and put in my order very smoothly over the phone. I cannot thank her and her team Kerry too for being so lovely, nothing was too much trouble and they are a credit to your Braintree team and I’ll delighted with the service I received

Ann listened to our needs and was able to point us in the right direction for mattresses that suited our requirements. She spent a lot of time with us making sure we were able to compare different mattresses for their firmness and so on. Nothing was too much for her and she was so accommodating.
