The lady who dealt with me was lovely, very friendly & professional, she stayed late after shop closed to finishing dealing with us, explained everything clearly never pushed us to buy anything but explained the options of having cover or no cover, the ladys name is vicky

The sales assistant (carol) was extremely knowledgeable about the products. She took plenty of time with us explaining and assessing our needs. We did not feel rushed or pressurised into purchasing and felt very confident in her advice.
