Marnie was very helpful and friendly. She's clearly a really good sales person and took her time to explain our options. Really liked the sleep assistant which recommended the best mattress firmness for each of us

We were greeted at the door yet left to browse but staff remained available when we were ready to purchase the mattress . We also were helped when we needed a pillow as we were trying out mattresses.
