I thought it was going to take longer because I am a very fussy person, but it went quick and easy because they knew what they were doing.

Vicky greeted us within 2 minutes of our entering the store. She asked us about our sleeping habits and positions and directed us to the sleep match machine. Whilst the machine was analysing us (which was a very insiteful experience) Vicky made us a coffee. Vicky then explained the result of the analysis and allowed us to try a wide selection of mattresses. Her product knowledge is exceptional and we felt fully informed on all points. We were very happy with Vicky’s approach and didn’t feel under any pressure to make a decision. We were offered a coffee top up twice whilst finalising the purchase details. Everything was clearly explained and we felt comfortable that we had made a good informed choice. We are now looking forward to a good nights sleep!

I didn't feel hassled at all which is a first for me normally I feel like I'm pounced on as I enter a store Vicky was very friendly efficient and knowledgeable
