Shane was very welcoming, he asked us if we wanted to wear a mask or gloves or if we wanted him to. We were offered a bottle of water and were shown the beds that were in our price range and the right comfort grade.

The store was very well laid out for social distancing and we were given a very high level of confidence throughout the visit. We were given sufficient help in choosing the bed we wanted and the ordering process was carried out professionally and without any problems.
