Very helpful and pleasant staff

Marnie in the Ipswich store was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable of the products and we placed our order quickly. We were also very pleased to be able to take benefit of a bed which was on a good offer and half price mattress cover and pillows. We were extremely pleased with the all round service and quick delivery time.

We were made to feel very comfortable in store and nothing was to much trouble.. best cup of tea I’ve had in ages …

Marnie was extremely helpful & showed me the mattresses that I was interested in. Her knowledge regarding the products was good & helped me make the right decisions. The cup of tea offered was gratefully taken up, so full marks there. All in all I would return to Dreams if I needed more bedding.

PJ made us aware he was training but never the less was extremely helpful and if he didn't know the answer to a question he asked his manager. He is a credit to the store.

Our Sales assistant Carol was amazing. She was very knowledgeable and made us feel very comfortable and confident in our decisions.

We went on the simulator and very impressed with the service. To many chooses of mattress such a hard job to decide. Hopefully we choose the correct one !! we shall soon find out !
