Cathy was very welcoming and clear on the procedure for COVID safety. She was pleasant and knowledgeable and made me feel that she would do anything to help me and keep me safe. She was patient with my trying out mattresses and made me feel there was no rush. She was also excellent with following up with the disinfecting of the mattresses etc after I had tried them, even with using paper to lie on and a covering on the pillow.

Was approached by Gerrell on entering store who thanked me for using hand gel. He asked if I needed assistance and I told him I had seen a bedframe online in would like to look at when I gave the name of it he immediately knew the product and took me to it. I asked lots of questions and he answered with patience and was very knowledgeable. I then asked about matresses although not to purchase at that visit but he didn't mind and set me up on the mattress machine for an assessment then showed me suitable mattresses and knew a lot about them. I have since decided to purchase a mattress and will go back to see him to place the order. He was so helpful and friendly.
