The customer service was brilliant. During the current climate it is very daunting for me to be going out and this purchase was essential for my needs. I felt very safe and reassured by the measures that dreams had put into place to ensure we felt safe and where able to try out the beds without feeling uncomfortable or that I safety was being compromised. The measures in place where very good and have topped other stores.

Cathy was very welcoming and clear on the procedure for COVID safety. She was pleasant and knowledgeable and made me feel that she would do anything to help me and keep me safe. She was patient with my trying out mattresses and made me feel there was no rush. She was also excellent with following up with the disinfecting of the mattresses etc after I had tried them, even with using paper to lie on and a covering on the pillow.
